The Challenge

Project Objectives

The Solution

The solution involved migrating the site from WordPress to Shopify to maintain existing organic visibility, implementing technical fixes and onsite optimisation to improve search engine indexing, developing a solid content strategy to increase the quality and quantity of organic traffic, and providing developmental help to double the site's conversion rate from 1% across all channels.

The Results

The results included a higher conversion rate resulting in more sales, increased purchases from branded searches such as Callaway, a 626% increase in organic revenue from August 2021 to August 2022, an additional £1.1 million in organic revenue through the site, a 170% year-over-year increase in organic revenue, more than doubling the organic conversion rate, over £1 million in additional revenue within 12 months, a 51% year-over-year increase in organic traffic, a 547% uplift in organic conversions, a 20% year-over-year uplift in average session duration, and being a finalist for the UK Search Awards 2022.
