After identifying a gap in the market from their own experiences at music festivals, Wight Event Toilets began to offer a variety of high-end towable toilet and shower trailers to events and long-term projects within a 40-mile radius of Bath.

The Challenge

Wight Event Toilets were looking to generate enquiries for toilet and shower hire services within Bath and Bristol by targeting local events, construction sites, and festivals through digital marketing, SEO, and partnerships. They wanted to utilise social media, PPC campaigns, and local advertising to boost visibility.

Project Objectives

The project objectives were to increase the volume of enquiries through Google Ads and increase brand awareness amongst their target audience.

The Solution

We reviewed existing top-performing keywords to guide our search ads strategy and conducted further keyword research. Additionally, we analysed location and demographic data in Google Analytics to formulate a strategy targeting highly relevant audiences. This approach aimed to optimise our ad spend and increase the volume of qualified enquiries.

The Results

Enquiries increased by 14% as a result of introducing new target areas through keyword research and creating a new campaign. The conversion rate improved by over 300% due to careful keyword optimisation, pausing underperforming keywords and ads, and introducing new keywords from the search term report. The CPA was reduced by 8% by focusing the budget on more effective keywords and ads, thereby reducing media budget wastage.
