The Challenge

Pretty Lavish needed a strategic Ads agency specialist to define and reach precise, high-intent audiences looking to purchase from a fashionable and affordable brand for the first time.

Project Objectives

The project objectives were to reach highly targeted new audiences who are ready to purchase, increase blended ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to drive strong revenue month on month, test and learn which audiences, creatives, and product ranges convert best to maximise the profitability of paid social campaigns, and accelerate the growth of the Pretty Lavish brand among all relevant audience segments.

The solution involved migrating the site from WordPress to Shopify to maintain existing organic visibility, implementing technical fixes and onsite optimisation to improve search engine indexing, developing a solid content strategy to increase the quality and quantity of organic traffic, and providing developmental help to double the site's conversion rate from 1% across all channels.

The Results
