The Challenge

Craft Buddy were struggling to maximise sales and revenue through their paid media channels in the UK market. They faced difficulty improving the Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), needing more targeted campaigns to reach and convert high-intent customers effectively.

Project Objectives

The primary objective was to increase sales and revenue across both paid and organic media channels. This involved expanding our presence on platforms such as Google, Facebook, and other digital advertising mediums to capture a larger share of the market. Additionally, we aimed to reach highly targeted new audiences who were actively looking to purchase, ensuring that our campaigns were seen by those most likely to convert. A key focus was to consistently improve our blended Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), driving strong and sustainable revenue growth month on month.

The Solution

We introduced new campaigns on both channels, including Advantage+ Shopping and Performance Max, to leverage AI-driven optimisations. These campaigns helped us reach new audiences that were previously inaccessible with traditional approaches. Both Advantage+ Shopping and Performance Max quickly became top performers, driving the majority of sales and significantly boosting revenue. By optimising our budgets toward these high-performing campaigns, we were able to maximise the ROAS across all channels.

The Results

Purchases grew by 89% due to our efforts in expanding audiences, refining keywords, and thorough testing across both media channels. We also supported new product launches and introduced exclusivity through targeted lead campaigns. The ROAS improved by 44%, driven by increased revenue while maintaining a similar budget. This meant each sale became more valuable, significantly boosting Craft Buddy’s profits. Our approach successfully met the client’s objectives by increasing enquiries, enhancing efficiency, and maximising their return on investment.
