Who is DAN’S?

DAN’S is a dance-based fitness studio based in the heart of Madrid, with the mission to make fitness fun and everyone feel welcome. Their two sites in Barceló and Salamanca offer classes for all ages and abilities, specially designed to improve DAN’Sers mood while getting them into shape.

The company was founded with the motto “fun first, fitness follows”. And their owner, Daniel, had the goal of creating a judgement-free environment with classes that anyone can enjoy.

The Challenge

The studio recognised the value of running Meta ads to attract new members for their local fitness community. But despite their investment, they weren’t seeing the results they wanted. And any new members they got through paid social ads were costing too much.

That’s why DAN’S approached Fueld to increase their Meta ad efficiency and identify further opportunities for business growth.

Project Objectives

Our main goal for DAN’S was to increase their sales volume. That meant creating a brand new paid media strategy that enabled us to use their budget more efficiently while optimising their ad accounts.

The Solution

After a thorough audit of the DAN’S Meta ad account setup, we implemented a carefully constructed strategy to use their budgets more effectively. This laid the groundwork for further optimisation and experimentation.

From the beginning, we’ve been working as an extension of the client’s marketing team. This close collaboration has allowed us to leverage more complex data such as the lifetime value of their customers, as well as complete much deeper reporting.

Our in-depth analysis has given us the opportunity to look at additional areas outside of our usual paid media scope, including recommending landing page optimisations. This resulted in improvements to the bounce rate, further increasing conversion rate.

We’ve also been able to use our findings to identify additional opportunities to reach the brand’s target audience using Google and TikTok.

The Results

Since working with DAN’S, we’ve significantly improved performance year on year, with campaigns working much more efficiently.

In the year 2025-2026, we’ve delivered 82% more sales while cutting cost per acquisition (CPA) by 39%. Our team also boosted landing page views by 12%, showing that our optimisations have attracted more high-intent traffic.

As an extension of our original brief, we’ve also expanded the client’s presence and reach across multiple platforms, successfully introducing Google Ads and TikTok. And thanks to our close collaboration, we’ve been able to deliver valuable insights and recommendations to help DAN’S grow.
