Describe your role at Fueld

My job is to be the big blob of glue between our clients and the team, to support both in their day to day work, and to keep everything running smoothly and on time.

My aim is always to become our clients’ “extra arm”; to gain a genuine and deep understanding of them and their dreams, and to adapt quickly to both their needs and those of my colleagues.

What do you love most about your role?

I love meeting people, hearing their stories, and understanding the drive behind what they’re doing. A great part of this role is the creativity we can bring to each project and the brainstorming sessions are one of the things I love the most!

Our team is also really important to me and my relationship with them is one of the most valuable parts of this role.

What’s your approach to creating campaigns that really resonate with health and wellbeing audiences?

For me, this starts with genuinely understanding the person on the other end of the campaign; for example, what they’re hoping to feel or change, and ensuring that the messaging isn’t generic, but lands with the right tone and without losing any integrity.

In all of the campaigns I’ve seen end to end, the best performing ones were always those which originated from a clear understanding of our client’s goals and audience.

Honesty, consistency and transparency are also key for me in how I work, and the passion behind my work comes from a huge personal interest in health and wellbeing.

What’s your favourite health or wellbeing habit that keeps you at your best?

There are definitely more than one! Protein and coffee in the morning, and fresh air and movement at lunchtime.

Long term, nature and yoga also definitely help with calm and brainspace!
