

Describe your role at Fueld
I lead Fueld with a clear mission: to help ambitious health and wellbeing brands grow with integrity, clarity and commercial strength.
We build high-performing growth engines for businesses that genuinely improve people’s lives – from wellness ecommerce to preventative health innovators. I’m driven by the belief that brands in this space deserve marketing that is as disciplined and results-focused whilst reaching the right audience to unlock new found benefits for them.
My role is to create an environment where talented specialists thrive – supported, challenged and empowered to do the best work of their careers. Because when you build a strong team with a shared sense of purpose, the results for our clients don’t just grow revenue – they create real impact.

What do you love most about your role?
Creating an approach that I believe in – all whilst empowering and witnessing our team grow and unearth their true potential but personally and professionally.

What’s your secret to creating campaigns that really resonate with health and wellbeing audiences?
Questions, questions and more questions. We’ve seen a lot of campaigns that are driven by vanity metrics, but understanding what real commercial success looks like is imperative.
